Headache after break in Brahmacharya

Question
Dear Dhananjay,
I have been trying to practise celibacy. But I only succeed for 2 weeks or at max a month. Also, when I break my celibacy, I feel a severe headache the next day. Is this normal in the course of practising celibacy?

Answer
Both the brain and the mind along with the entire system suffer utter exhaustion along with a nervous shattering further to an ejaculation, especially after a break in continence. The body and mind react to this change in different ways in different people. Headache is sometimes a part of the reaction.
