Question
Hi, Can samadhi be attained in other positions apart from the lotus posture? Ive seen a video about Yogananda attaining superconciousness lyind down in a couch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIxNgQ-CwPo
Answer
First attain irreversible residence in the self, which is Samadhi. You may then decide which positions work or don't, if you still feel like. That alone should be one's goal, to realize who he is and not fancy for other irrelevant things.
