Sarvaangaasana doubt

Question

After doing Sarvaangasana. It feels like dizzy and buzzy. The edgy effect is carried over for a long time.Though not significant, it can be felt. I'm doing Bhujangasana to counteract the neck muscles compression in sarvaangasana. I'm making sure my body till neck is close to 90 degrees to the ground, and chin is pressing the chest while arms are resting on the ground. Why is it happening. Please suggest some remedies.

Answer

Do it for shorter periods initially and gradually increase the duration. Some people need more practice to bear the increased blood flow to the head.
