Question
Dear Dhananjay,
When see people who remind of old self when taking a walk for example, I do feel a compassion to a degree. Would you think it necessary to preach?
I just taken interest in that thought.

Answer
There is no 'oneself' or 'others' in reality. There is only pure consciousness, infinite and without a second. Hence, if one feels like serving humanity, one has to first know his own 'self'. That is the greatest service, for the realized being then becomes the instrument to help others in this relative world of 'Maya'. Without true knowledge (realization), it is not possible to help another in terms of the absolute.
