A few questions regarding Brahmacharya
Question
Pranam Dhananjay Ji.
I have read all of your past answers. Reading past answers written by you is just like keeping ourselves wisdom-drated (Hydrated with wisdom) every day.
I have been practicing brahmacharya from last 6months. Recently I have started doing bandhas, and mantra recitation and without your guidance I wouldn't be what I am today. Hope your blessings shine on me.
I am really sorry for writing such a long post with so many questions.
1. I'm 28. Why did it take me 28 years to find myself and this path? please explain in detail if possible.
2. Copper Ring charged with Prana:
Can I wear a Copper Snake ring provided by Isha Foundation?
The copper snake rings are made at the Isha Yoga Center under Sadhgurus guidance and go through a process of consecration at the Dhyanalinga Yogic Temple before they are offered. The Dhyanalinga temple is consecrated using prana prathista and is dedicated for meditation.
Actually, I would love to wear this ring but my mom said not to wear it. Should I wear this copper snake ring or not? Please guide me and also please explain prana prathista.

3. Letting Go: Can letting go of fear, guilt, disappointments, grief, lies and mistakes provide us more guidance on the path of self-realization. I am asking this because I have felt it. A few years back in 2013 I started forgiving friends and peoples whom I was angry on and vice-versa. I also let go off a lot of guilt and lies. By doing this some of my friends they themselves came to me for forgiveness and forgiving them made me feel calm and peaceful. Can you please explain how does this happen and why does it happen?
4. Temple: The place where I stay we have a Balaji Temple next to my building. This Balaji Temple has a murthy from Tirupati. The Temple also has the Navagraha murthy and Ashlesha murthy. My Mom always keeps telling me to visit the temple every Saturday and offer oil to the Navagraha murthy as I have Shani and I was born on a Saturday. Should I, do it? Can visiting this temple help me on the self-realization path. Please guide me.
5. Mantras and brahma muhurta: I do the recitation of mantras like mahamrityunjay mantra, gayatri mantra, guru paduka stotram, nirvana shatakam. Lately, I have heard about brahma muhurta. Please explain about brahma muhurta and tell the exact brahma muhurta time. I know there are a lot of websites and blogs talking about brahma muhurta but I would like to know the exact explanation and time from you.
Bless you Dhananjay ji. You are doing such a great thing (Karma Yoga) by guiding ignorant souls like us.
Pranam...
Answer
1. Things happen when the time is ripe.
2. When the Ego is dissolved, the Atman (self) is revealed. The Ego is dissolved through Sadhana (effort) and through HIS grace. Wearing external accessories is one's personal choice.
3. That which one gives another is giving it to ones own self.
4. It is the one Lord, who inundates all temples and all creation. One can visit a temple, if one feels like. The same Lord resides in the Sadhaka, as the self, within the temple called the body.
5. Elaboration on 'Brahmimuhurtham' is available in past answers.
