namaste,
iam now 34 year old. iam losing my semen since last 18years. I have lost semen thousands of time. now it has become habit to me.
And 8years back i have left my home & joined one Ashrama. I dont want to get married. iam very much intersted in spiritual life. I have read few books about brahmacharya & i know the importance of brahmacharya in spiritual life. but iam not able get rid of this bad habit. Please help me in this regard.

Your days of Abrahmacharya (incontinence) are over. From today, you will work honestly in taking up the practice of Brahmacharya and succeed in becoming an established Brahmachari whose sole aim is to attain to Brahman. You will take all the effort required to get established in this mode of life.
Go through each and every past answer slowly and carefully, absorbing the essence and apply the methods suggested.
