Question

Hello Sir, the shambhavi mudra (direct the eyes towards the middle of the eyebrows) that still the mind, could be practiced without any danger?

Answer

Shambhavi mudra can be used as a prelude to meditation. However, focusing at the 'Thrikuti', with the eyes closed, mind merged into the Atman should alone be the final objective and not merely looking at the mid eyebrow or tip of the nose.
