Will practice of brahmacharya for about 6 months help to restore normal vision???
Answer
1. Vision will start to improve after 1 year of unbroken Brahmacharya carried out with Yogic practices & lifestyle.
2. Depending on the extent of deviation from normal vision and the cause behind it, it will take a few years of correct, unbroken practice to restore normal vision. It may take longer if the defect is severe.
One of the first signs of debility due to loss of semen is defective vision. Many people develop vision defects right from their mid twenties due to such wastage. Most people consider it normal to require reading glasses after the age of 40. In reality, this is not normal. This is one of the after effects of the loss of vital fluid for recreation in both men & women. Those who practice unbroken Brahmacharya generally do not get vision defects. They do not get long-sight even after the age of 40 (unless there is a genetic or other cause). They can generally read perfectly and see clearly without spectacles for as long as they live. They have a high chance of maintaining normal vision throughout.
