Food cooked by others

Respected Sir,
Sorry for asking you again.Two more things that I wanted to ask are-
If a person suppose if a woman eats food made from the cook(male /opposite sex) ,hand made& hand touched food from opposite sex, does that spoil one's brahmcharya.(because after digestion stool comes from anus)?
The other thing is I had followed brahmcharya till now like this-physically its 100%,no pornography ,just fantasises 4-5 times (that's also I dinr know that fantasing a little can break brahmchraya,otherwise I would never never have).So I used to think that I am going very well on brahmcharya till now.Iam 36 years now.So I am compmletely broken thatI did so much to follow it stricktly but still left with 4-5 fantasies.Is I am high on brahmcharya.
And even if I start now today will it be counted again in the eyes of God because I used to think that it starts from childhood and after being unchaste it cannot be started(at a later age in life).And will it yield any punye if I start at the age of 36?
Answer
1. It depends on the mindset of the person who cooks. If cooked with a neutral or well wishing mind, there no harm. If cooked by a person with vested interests or malefic intentions on those who eat, the food gets charged accordingly and does harm.
2. You will derive the required benefits. Practice asking nothing in return, with surrender and love for the Almighty. All will be well.
