Question
I am in support of celibacy due to religious perspective but here on this site many other groups some experts are supporting masturbation causing damages due to fear and guilt after masturbation so please sir guide me.
Answer
Guidance comes from within and not outside. Just as the effects of many years of masturbation are known from experience, the effects of many years of Brahmacharya will also be known through experience, further to such practice. One can then decide for himself, which gives what, based on direct experience. The Atman (self) within is the real Guru.
