Getting established

hello this would be my first question to you I have read the paramount importance of brahmacharya and also understand intellectually that bramacharya is essence of pure living I m 23 years old and have been striving hard but in vain I got this evil habit which lurkes me in private I tend to avoid sexual indulgence but it overpower me everytime I try to compress it or avoid it often I get provoked in watching porn and consequently I lose my mind and masturbate I think now I m addict IT took me great courage to admit this but how can I hide truth It is easy to say then to practise in real sense please guide me I will do as you will guide me also I want to techniques of brahmacharya in day today life please answer and reply what can be done often I repent a lot afterward this seem to ruin me from inside this sexual urge i know is only temporary gratification nothing doing with mental harmony often I get very disturbed and hasitated to admit this but my mind sometimes think it is achievable I try and I fail very little success in this path please illuminate me
