Question
ABout kundalini. I understand the practice of brahmacharya but after that, to awaken kundalini and make it go upward do you have to visualize it or bring it to the head using your will and imagination during meditation? Are they other easier methods?
Answer
Why do you want to develop the desire to awaken Kundalini? Desire is the first impediment to realization. Do the described Sadhana, follow the lifestyle and mental perspective suggested earlier and develop quietude. All that has to come, will come to such a one. Nothing more is required.
