Question
Hello Bhaiyya,
I have a query.
Sometimes, when I listen to spiritual songs or do any such contemplations or even feel inspired, I feel a weird electric like sensation from my spine going upto my head and face.
It is actually very pleasant sensation and filled with warmth and I feel a lot more energised and filled with love.
This has been there from childhood and has become a bit spontaneous now.
What is it?
Please throw light upon it.

'Pranothaana' (upward rise of Prana), along the spine causes such a feeling. Application of proper Sadhana with unbroken Brahmacharya will regulate the same, making it harmonic, stable and smooth. This will aid spiritual growth.
