Question

Revered Sir,
1. Is it okay to sit in Sukhasana for mediation if Padmasana or Siddhasana is not possible for a long duration.

2. What should one do when there is stiffness while sitting for meditation. How to sit erect without becoming stiff, which happens without one's kniwledge.

3. During the course of meditation, the posture slants in the front inadvertently.

What should one do for such problems

Answer

1. Yes, once Sukhasana is practiced and mastered, Padmasana and Sidhasana come within reach.

2. With practice, all these issues disappear.

3. When the mind is merged into its source, everything sets right. One should focus on this goal and not worry too much about the body or other things.
