Question
can you please tell me as to how to practice vajroli and amaroli.
Answer
1. When through long & ardent Sadhana to realize the self, the sex energy is transmuted into Ojas, the downward flow of 'Bindu' recedes and energy gradually reverses its flow upwards. This is true Vajroli. The Sadhana suggested in past answers, if applied for many years, with complete trust and surrender to God aids this process.
2. The practice of Amaroli is available in past answers.
