Is the menu wholesome ?

2) on tying the langot on the right side of waist causes pain at the side due to knot. Will this go away or there is another technique?
3) you mentioned not to use soap for bathing. What should be useds to clean the private areas.?
4) can a cut piece of fruit kept in fridge a day before, be included in the dinner menu?

Sir you have been very helful in making my life stable & meaningful. Thank you so much Sir.

ANSWER: 1. Add one or two chapathi-s & a cup of curd at lunch. Let milk during dinner be one cup. This should suffice.

2. Tie it at the center using a double looped shoe-lace knot.

3. A cold water shower is the best bath for a Yogi. Rub the entire body briskly with cold water, always without soap. If unable to bear cold, use warm water (not hot) and gradually reduce the temperature as time goes by. Washing the private areas & genitals by gently pulling back the foreskin with water suffices. Then towel yourself very briskly with a rubbing motion all over. The Yogi who bathes this way does not require soap and thus prevents the degradation that occurs by the use of soap.

4. Refrigerated foods are best avoided as Prana leaves such food. It is always preferable to eat fresh/freshly cooked foods.

QUESTION: Sir

1) even the raw vegetables ,fruits & Milk should not be refrigerated?
2) how can we keep vegetables & fruits (cut & uncut) & Milk fresh as long as possible without refrigerator ?

Thank you Sir

ANSWER: Avoiding refrigerated foods refers to cooked foods as these lose their essence soon. Milk retains its essence a bit longer while cut fruits-vegetables lose their essence faster than uncut ones. As a general rule, it is better to avoid long storage and store as much as is consumed within a day or two.
