Please Answer,
1.)Is Drinking Tea During Practise Is A Break..?
2.)Thought of a Girl is a Break or Not.?
3.)Refer diet for Brahmacharya and i have only 48 kgs.age20

Answer
1. It is preferable to stay with milk and avoid tea, coffee etc.
2. If the thought ignites lust, it leads to a mental break.
3. Diet is explained in past answers.
