Kindly guide on
a) Correct sequence of morning activities.
sequence 1
bathing
morning sadhana
moderate physical excercise
bathing( becomes necessary due to sweating)
Sequence 2
morning sadhana
moderate physical excercise

I've tried both sequences but taking a bath twice in the morning doesn't seem good in winters. Pls suggest correct way.
b) Does yog asanas sustitute physical excercise for taking care of physical sublimation part of semen.
c)Benefits of pressing the perenium by heel during asanas. should it be done.
d) can one do simulataneus moolbandha for the entire duration of morning sadhana.

1. Waking up at 4.00 A.M and performing sequence 2 is the right way, with physical exercise, Asana preceding the rest of the practices. Sequence 1, where one has a bath immediately upon wake up is useful for those who feel too sleepy to continue without a bath.
2. Yes, as long as they are performed right.
3. The perineum is pressed in Asana-s such as Sidhasana. It helps channel energy upwards.
4. No. Bandha-s are to be applied, only for the required duration, as explained in past answers.
