Can i have a girlfriend if i practice semen retention..
Also,can i have sex with her and not ejaculate..will it be fine or will there be energy loss?
Also,does virginity has a greater impact on the sexual energy of the person and causes an aura of pureness

Answer

Any contact with the opposite sex as man-woman, outside the bounds of marriage will not be conducive to Brahmacharya. It leads to ignorance, pain and suffering.
