i think am gay. 40yo, unmarried,
when performing yoga, meditation, self massage, or just sitting calmly and quitely, either get attracted towards myself or some imaginary male and without touching any body part, the penis gets erect and starts ejaculation.
the family situation and financial position is that there are no chances of getting married either way. (homo or hetre. and hetro i dont want too, as i know am gay).
please help.

Ignore sexual thoughts to the extent of your ability and take up a life of Yoga with the required lifestyle, with surrender to God, to realize the self. Let the urge to overcome this illusion be strong and genuine. With perseverance, you will gradually overcome the issue henceforth.
