Dear Dhananjay,
-->I wish to get clarity from you on the seemingly contradictory aspects of keeping up lineage as a way of paying off 'pitra rin' & strict celibacy leading to state of urdhvareta wherein the procreative fluids dry up & are redirected in both males & females.
-->When this is so how is a strict urdhvareta(male/female) supposed to bring forth offsprings into this world or such a practise/tapas is to be let gone of for time period.
I'm asking this in lieu of comman man who succeeds in redirecting his fluids but isn't capable/knowledgeable in any other way to produce children.Have heard there are many other yogic methods other than sexual intercourse to bring forth children into this world.
Answer
1. One becomes an 'Urdhvareta' only after getting done with procreation in marriage (if having a child is destined). It is an advanced stage. That is how the Lord arranges for things. These are divine events that occur by HIS will and not by that of the aspirant.
2. The common man should adhere to the right practice of Brahmacharya to the best of his ability with devotion to God to know his self. He should not worry about the status of the Urdhvareta or another. When such a Dharma is rightly followed, all things are taken care of by HIM at the right time in the order required.
