Question
Dear Sir,
1)Can I take rest after one chakra of Pranayama between another Chakra?
2)After waking on 4.o Clock, how to set the time for banda, nadi shudhi, nadi shodhana , and meditation up to 7'o clock
3)is Yoga at evening is a must for brahmacharya, bz after office work I return to home only after 7'o Clock evening

Answer
1. Around half a minute of rest can be taken between successive Pranayama-s.
2. Perform all these Yogic practices correctly, as described. Time will take care of itself.
3. To the best extent possible, one should practice twice.
