Improved flexibility through Brahmacharya

Question

Hello,

Is that true for example that if you practice TOTAL bramacharya for a long period the body itself could be moved easily and become more flexible? Thats why I Feel and never have fatigue in the neck even in an uncorfotable position.

What about if you add concentration on a single point, is that the cause of the yogis levitating? When I practice meditation like that I feel the body after meditation is even lighter when walking and flexible, but  never been able to levitate...

Answer

1. Brahmacharya when carried out with a life of Yoga & meditation improves the body in every front and makes it as it was during childhood. Transmuted semen charges the body with life and vitality in a way which nothing else can. Different people experience different degrees of benefits, based on their individual constitution.

2. First know your self. Meditate on the self. You may then decide about levitation.
