i want to knoewhow to attain mental celibacy doing our duties
i am a student of graduation but cant follow this path because freiends claassmates are always distracting.they make a fun if
someone goes to tell brahmacharya then how to folloe this path?
plz answer this
next i have practiced this for a one week but found some thing
strange i dont know how to deal this situation and so i lost

1. Who asked you to inform your friends about the practice? Brahmacharya is a personal state concerning oneself and God. One should not mention or discuss the same with others.
2. If you wish to establish yourself in Brahmacharya, go through each and every past answer, absorb the essence and apply it in practice. 'Brahmavidya' (knowledge of the Supreme) cannot be attained by studying bookmarked links, chapters or paragraphs. It is not like the study of a subject in academics. The aspirant has to understand the process involved, reorient his very life and apply the same diligently for years, decades or lifetimes as the case may be, following which the knowledge comes from within, and not from any link or site.
Past answers contain the methods and mindset to be adopted. All of them should be slowly and steadily absorbed and applied. Then, establishment gradually occurs, by HIS grace.
