About countries and morality

QUESTION: Hello, a long ago i wrote you asking if some countries are less moral than others and you said only that races are in different stages of evolution. Is this related to morality, to a race or culture? I never understood that. Sorry, by morality i mean brahacharya but other things as well.

ANSWER: What is morality? Doing one's Dharma properly is morality and nothing else. He who does his Dharma right practices Brahmacharya, without his own knowledge, automatically. There are those who do so and those who don't, in all countries. It all boils down to how evolved (closer to his self) one is. There isn't any generalization here, in terms of race, caste or creed, which are all superficial things and not real.

QUESTION: Ok thanks very much but is it irrespective of gender too? Do lust works the same in men and women? For example women are more morals and live more years than men everywhere but at the same time the cause of lust in man is the woman. The years of life difference is not because of wars as some say because this happens in countries that never are at war like Canada, swiss...
