Masturbation and Redness of Face

Hello Sir,

Does too much masturbation make the face ugly and red? From your experience, is stopping masturbation helps reduce this redness and ugliness?

I'm a male--a 38 years old. I've been masturbating for at least 13 years. My face has become red because of this act. I do not have a medical or skin condition that would cause that. When I stop masturbating, I feel that my face redness decreases and I become a bit happier.
Is there hope?
