1. A wet dream in a woman manifests as a sexually oriented dream in sleep, which is correspondingly accompanied by loss of 'Prana' (vital energy) on waking up, with a feeling of weakness. While there is no loss of physical fluid, as in the case of men, the energy lost is however the same, through the 'Linga Sharira' (astral body), which then manifests as weakness in the 'Sthula Sharira' (physical body).
2. As one comes closer to his/her Atman (self), one gets less taken over by the world and sense illusion and more centered in the truth. Residence in the self, as the self, being unaffected by the happenings around oneself, be they pleasant or unpleasant is the true sign of progress.
