Right hand or left hand path

Question

In the previous question i asked you about the posture for meditation and you replied Padmasana or sidhasana.

When i read about these asanas in detail, i found out that sidhasana is the left hand path whereas Padmasana is right hand path. Sidhasana has potential for sexual stimulation.

So, shall i go for padmasana?

WHich one is superior, i mean if i can sit in padmasana then shall it be the first choice?

Answer

1. 'Sidhasana' is a basic Asana that is used by all kinds of Yogi-s. It is not necessarily Left-hand.

2. Go with that which is comfortable and appealing.
