Hello Mr Dhananjay,
Can you mention any pranayamas(apart for maha bandha) for maintaining bramhacharya.
Sir, maintaing bramhacharya for 12 years is exceedingly difficult. what is the impact of brahacharya on the astral body if there is any?. I have read form a swamiji that until the age of 7, there exists a psychic shield around a person because he/she is not involved in sexual indulgence and thoughts(beofr teenage). 1) Can you please inform me about few astral effects of bramhacharya practice?
Also, 2) what does one do in a situation when an urge is unbarable and uncontrollable, being a bramhachari?
My last question- 3)Do sexual vasanas and samskaras of past lives get burnt with this simple practice of bramhcharya?

2. The 'Linga Sharira' (astral body) is an extension of the physical body in terms of energy. It exists around and outside the physical body in the form of an aura or halo of energy. It contains various Naadis (astral energy channels) which conduct energy. Brahmacharya results in increase of Ojas (divine astral power) which is a sort of electricity. The astral body is the seat of Ojas. One who has much Ojas through Brahmacharya becomes very capable and energetic. He becomes capable of performing much work without fatigue. His positive energy influences people in a powerful manner. He attracts immense cosmic energy or universal Prana. His mind becomes very potent and the faculties of his brain get pronounced.
