Staring at women

Hi
I have this bad habit at staring women in the eyes and it seems like i am not able to control it. Most women are scared to look at me due to this. I don't want to be like this.... i want to be normal. Is there any way i can look at women in a non sexual way ?

Practice Yoga & Brahmacharya, so as to first overcome the need to stare at women. This need itself is a sign of sexual slavery. Do you stare at a tree, mountain or a cow the same way? The body of a woman is no different from any of these. It is a part of natures creation and the need to stare is itself a deviation from the pure state of the Atman. This need arises because of the ignorance of associating sexuality for recreation and not limiting it to its true objective - procreation. As you get established in Brahmacharya, this need will dilute and gradually taper away.
